The judges, Larry Goodin, Joseph Guerrero and Tameka Ridley, shared their time and expertise with every team. Popped Up was named the 2025 winner.
The competition is one of the ways CEO helps members move from an idea to a pitch, alongside weekly workshops and the Start-Up Development Program.
